Suzie Grazier is passionate about early intervention for mental health. After growing increasingly frustrated with the barriers to care and ever-growing waiting times faced by families in need of support she left her much loved career with the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service to start her business ThinkWise Psychological Wellbeing. Her aim is to make early help accessible and affordable for as many people as possible to help them gain back control of their mental health for the calmer and happier life they deserve.
Specialising in an innovative parent-led approach, Suzie helps mums and dads to better support their anxious children and remove the heart wrenching distress that parents feel when they don’t know how to help their child. After all, they don’t come with a manual and there is nothing worse than seeing your child struggle and not knowing what to do to take that struggle away.
Suzie will expertly guide you through a highly effective programme using proven strategies that have had amazing results time after time. Suzie not only has an impressive academic background and a wealth of both personal and professional experience, but more than anything, also brings a warm and non-judgmental approach to mental health support that makes it easy to believe that you are in good hands.
When she is not helping young people and their families she can usually be found enjoying cooking or baking for her own family and walking her 2 beloved pugalier puppies.
